CASE STUDY

Challenge:  New start-up restaurant with small footprint and short of hood space for convential vented grills, fryers or ovens.

Solution:  Now Equipment advised the client to utilize ventless equipment (not needing a hood). They were able to sell new and used products such as Turbo Chefs, Alto-Shaam, Audo Fry, Perfect Fry, and Clark Broilers to allow owner to operate without a hood.
